1996-02 Pokemon Nintedo Corrected Japanese Ancient Mew BGS 9.5 PSA Mislabel

The label identifies it as a corrected version, but I believe it is just a regular japanese ancient mew II from 1999. PSA made the same mistake and I think it is because the foil in the background has the speckled in it but the pattern itself is cosmos. It almost looks like a 7th version of ancient mew.
